Merchology was founded in 2013 with the overall principal of providing our customers with the highest quality custom decoration in the industry on clothing and accessory brands they know and love. Since our inception we've grown into a team of 100+ employees and continue to grow to provide our customers with unparalleled customer service. The Merchology management team is comprised of dedicated and inspired people with over 80 years of collective experience in providing businesses with consumer branded custom apparel and accessories.
Our Management Team
Richard Ward, CEO & Co-Founder
Dick is the co-founder and CEO of Merchology. He has 29 years of experience in the corporate promotional products and incentive industries. Dick formerly was the managing partner of LA Loving, LightHouse Brands and previously was the CEO of River’s End Trading Company. Dick received his B.S.B. from the University of Minnesota.
Ally Delgado, Chief Marketing Officer
Ally is responsible for establishing marketing and merchandising strategy for Merchology. Prior to Merchology, Ally was an Associate Marketing Manager for General Mills, with innovation and P&L responsibility for the Nature Valley, Fibre One, and Helper brands. She started her career as a Strategy Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, serving Fortune 500 retail and consumer packaged goods clients. Ally received her B.S.B. from the University of Minnesota and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Andrew Ward, Chief Revenue Officer & Co-Founder
As co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Merchology, Andrew oversees operations strategy, product procurement and decoration, and order fulfilment. Prior to Merchology, Andrew spent a decade as a partner of SpaceNet Equities, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he managed its listing portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and investment properties. Andrew received his B.A. in Business Management from St. John’s University.
Nolan Goodman, President of International & Co-Founder
Nolan is responsible for the strategy & execution of sales efforts in new and emerging markets. He has been in the apparel industry for over 10 years, and previously managed private label brand development and e-commerce at River's End Trading Company. Nolan received his B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in Spanish from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN.
Richard Merhar, Controller
As Controller, Dick is responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the company. He brings more than 20 years of finance experience from small private to large public companies. Dick joined Merchology from River’s End Trading Company where he served as Director of Finance. Dick received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and has attained the CPA certification.
Kylee Johnson, Operations Manager
Kylee oversees and guides Merchology’s in-house decoration and post production teams, ensuring that each order will exceed customer expectations. Prior to Merchology, Kylee spent five years in customer service in various retail settings. Kylee is a proud graduate of North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Retail Merchandising.
Gabi Hennen, Customer Service Manager
Gabi is responsible for overseeing Merchology’s customer service team to ensure all customers receive the best customer experience in the industry. Before Merchology, Gabi had over 5 years of retail management experience with various companies. Gabi graduated from Concordia College with a B.S. degree in Business Management.
