• "Ships By" is the date the product leaves Merchology’s warehouse – arrival date to customer’s location will vary depending on ship method chosen at checkout
  • After order placement, customers will receive a logo proof via email. You must approve the logo within 24 hours to meet posted “Ships By” date posted on the product page!
  • Other factors that could delay the ship date include:
    • Excessive edits to logo
    • Customer delay in responses to additional decoration charges or additional shipping charges (if they apply)
    • Personalized logos (names/numbers/text)
  • Orders with varying "Ships By" dates will ship on the latest date listed, unless partial shipping is requested (additional shipping charges may apply)
